Music to me

The name of the song is A thousand years by Christina Perri. The music-video was recored in year 2011, 26th of October. Christina Perri is a really talented woman, her voice is unique. Even if I don’t listen to her so much, I still love her. Her other songs called Human and Jar of heart are as good as A thousand years. 

This song is about waiting for the ’’right’’ one. You've waited your entire life and you finally found that person. But that person is scared. Scared of falling, letting their walls down. Afraid of being hurt. But then you tell them that you've waited so patiently for them and you would never do anything to hurt them. Because all you want to do is to love them.

I don’t know how i feel when I listen to this song. But somehow I feel really calm when I listen to it. This song is a really good song to listen to while doing homework. And sometimes when I listen to it, I actually end up crying because it is a really beautiful song.

This song brings up really good memories. That time when i saw Twilight Breaking Dawn part 2 at my friends house. The end of Twilight Breaking dawn p2 was a really big plot twist and that’s what makes the end in the movie so good. The best feeling was when A thousand years started to play in the end of the movie. It was so cozy in the couch and when the movie ended we decided to go out and ’’play’’ in the snow.

The Island 

I would say that the key to the movie ’The Island’’ wants to tell us people that the technology is ’’raising’’. That the technology can go to far and create something that will destroy for an example: the world. Even though i don’t think we will be able to do something so big. I mean the clones weren’t real people and the human-being used the clones to live forever. The nature already decided that everyone and everything will die and that something new will be born. I also think that the movie wants to tell us that everything which is alive has the same value. The technology is already growing and has grown for the past 6 years, i think. Maybe we will succeed to do something so big, who knows. Anyway, that’s just my opinion. 

I think that the world is really scary. Most of the people thinks that money is the most important thing. And some of them have forgot that big companies and new products is destroying the surroundings. I think Doctor Merrick started the facility because of money. One clone costed about 5 million dollar and that’s a lot. I’m actually not surprised that this is in a hollywood film. I’ve seen a lot of movies that’s has to do with money Great Gatsby and American Hustle for an example.

Jordan and all the other clones are programed to just think of the island, that the island is the goal in their life. The Island to the clones is the ’’only’’ place in Earth that’s alive. And the clones also thinks that they are the only survives. And when Jordan say ’’The Island is real, it’s us’’ I think that Jordan mean that the Island is meant to be their place because they were survives and that she thinks it a big miracle.

I am the character tracer and going to tell a little fact about Lucy. Lucy and her siblings was sent to a big house far away from London. Because of the ari raids during the war. Lucy is the youngest one of her three other siblings. Peter is the oldest, and after Peter comes Susan and after Susan comes Edmund. 

Lucy has brown short hair. She is a bit afraid of the house owner because he looked a bit odd, he had white hair growing all over his face. Lucy seems to be a curious and a brave person. 

One day she decided to explore the house. There was a lot of rooms and doors. Lucy walked into a room and discovered a wardrobe. She opened it and walk in to it. She is very young but she’s also smart. When she walked into the wardrobe she didn’t close the door so that she could get out of there if something would happen. From the wardrobe she walked into another land called narnia where it’s was snowing. There she found a half human, half goat being who was a little bit taller than she was. And they became friends.

The text ’‘gift’’ is about a girl who lives with her parents in Africa. Her mum and dad are both teaching in a school called St.Martin. She sleeps in the school dormitory with all her friends. Sometimes she forgets that she’s a white person, cause they are all dark skinned besides her. She also has a close friend named Gracie Kainja. There is a boy named Gift Mlungu. She calls him gudji-gudji. And besides calling him gudji-gudji she have a really big cruch on him. He’s like the hotest guy in the school who’s seventeen and two years older than her. One day after school Gift invites her to his house to meet his parents. She thinks she’s special to Gift. But later she turns out to be his chaperone to gift and his Indian future wife. When she found out that he was going to marry the indian girl when he turns eighteen she feels like a fool. But still, she’s happy about it. They are in love and she needs to accept it and that’s what she does. Besides she was the only one who didnt know about the arrangment, that they were promised to each other since they were children.

I think this text is like ’‘reallity’’ I mean it’s not a story that they’ve came up with. It’s something that happens very often. In some places on earth for an example; countries where they don’t have the best, even where they have the ’‘best’’. Where there are many people who gets drunk, deal with drugs, don’t have the abilities or can’t go to school and learn about things. Where people don’t have so good economy, where they don’t have enough of food or money. 

People steal money from others while they beating the one person up. Some people do it to buy for an example drugs, other people do it for other reasons. Well, whenever the reason is if it’s ’‘good’’ or bad it’s still happening in many places. Even if I haven’t been through things like that, I’ve seen documentaries and movies about it. 

This does not only happen in ’‘reality’’ things like this can also happen on the internett. This is just an example, if you chat with someone strange who sends a random link and if you click on it, you will be robbed. Well if that happens to you, the person who sent the link, very is a net-hakker or whatever, sure there are also other ways to get robbed on.

I’ve also thought about bulliyng. It’s like it was on a text. There is one person who’s the target. And the rest of them against that ’‘target’’.

Today something terrible happened. A gang of boys beat me up and took my money. It all started when i went to buy groceries. I walked slowly down to the street and the gang noticed me and walk towards me. I got scared and they saw the money i my hand. They yelled to me, to give them my money. But i dissagred and they started to hit and pick on me. I was scared, really scared. They grabbed my money and took it from me. And the only thing i did was to run away. Back at home without money.

Grandma used to live in New York but she had to move because she could’t live on her own. She moved in with her daughter and her granddaughter, Val. Who lives in Florida near by the beach. Grandma is old and watches television or sleeps most of the days and she won’t try to make new friends. If grandma didn’t move in with Val and Val’s mom she would have to live in a place where nurses take care of old people. It’s called nursing home. Grandma doesn’t like the beach because she’s afraid of the water and can’t swim. But one day Val took her to the beach to look for shells to Val's shell-collection. And from that day grandma started a shell-collection. And she wasn’t afraid of the water as she was before.

After a fiew hours she woke up. And her phone was ringing but she didn’t answer it. Instead she walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. Her little stepsister, Patricia was there. They said ’’hi’’ to each other and Emma started to feel that something wasn’t right. 

- Well how have you been ’’big’’ sister’’ asked Patricia.

- well...good’’, said Emma and looked up in Patricias face.

- Big sister you don’t have to pretend that you are fine, because i know that you’re sad.

- Non of your business, so don’t even try to pretend that you care…
- Sister, even if you are my stepsister you can tell me everything.

- Well, do you want to go and shop with me?

- Sure, she said with a smile.

Emma and Patricia got home at 5 o clock. And they went to the kitchen to try the new number that Emma bought for herself. Emma ran up to her room and took her phone. Her smile was big and she was suddenly happy. 

- So whats's your number? did Patricia ask.

- Well, of course you gonna have it little sister, said Emma with a blink in her eye.

- Just got to get my phone, I’ll be right back!

- Thanks, did Patricia say and walked out to the living room.

Emma couldn’t ask for Patricias phonenumber because she was already gone.

The time passed and it was already late. It was time to sleep. And at that time, Emma slowly walked to Patricias room and wanted to ask about Patricias phonenumber but she was asleep.

Next day Emma woke up at 7 pm in the morning when she got a text. In the text it stood ’’I hate you so much that you don’t know how much and it’s kinda fun that you trust me, now you’re back, kisses - someone’’. 

Emmas eyes was full of tears that tropped one after one. She just bought a new sim-kard yesterday and the ’‘stalker’’ already got her number. After all she didn’t have any numbers and she didn’t give her number to anyone besides her stepsister. Emma oppened her phone and clicked at the number that called her. The number that called her wasn’t hidden and she called the phonenumber and hoped that someone would pick up. Emma looked up and suddenly she heard something that came from Patricias room. She went to Patricias room and took the phone. She ran down to the livingroom. Patrica looked terrified.

- What, why are you crying? asked Patricia.

- Don't you supposed to know?

- I gues you know what this is? and Emma held up Patricias phone.

I’m Lockie Leonard and i just moved to Angelus in Australia. I have a family, my little brother , ,my babysister and my parents. Where we live now is like a swamp. The house is about to fall apart and the rooms smells like pee and wet dog. I want to go home to the city where all my friends live. I don’t know anyone or anything her in Angelus not even a cat. But when i went to my new school i meet the most beautiful girl. Her name was Vickie. And the embrassing part was when i told her that my name was Robbie William Miles, when it actually wasn’t. They have really good waves here in Angelus. So i went to the beach with my board. And then the accident happened. I feel of my board and the board hit me on my balls. It really did hurt. Then i meet Egg, he became my new friend. And my family wasn’t really supportive as i thought they would.

Evaulate

I thought it was really fun to work with the english speaking countries and i learnd a lot. It was fun to fix with the keynote. I also liked that we worked in small groups because i really hate to present my work for many people. I actually thought that i've could have present my work better than i did. And one thing that really bothered me was that it was hard to... for example to spell the numbers of inhabitants. When i present my work it was kind of awkward feeling and I became red in my whole face, I was nervous. But it was really fun to work with it.

When i checked my unikum it stood that i need to practice to translate and to use the right verbböjningar when i speak.

I want to work with chapter ''Let's talk fashion'' the last weeks.

• Junk food is very popular.
• In these days the size of the ’‘junk food’’ is became bigger.
• It is more calories in the bigger size.
• Children spend a lot of time in front of the tv and video games.
• If you are overweight is it hard to breathe.
• If you are overweight is it also very hard to walk.
• Chicken Mc-nuggets are twice as much fat as a hamburger. 
• If you are overweight you will take a lot of place.
• You need to have bigger size on your clothes than before.
• some people isn’t responsible about what they eat.

and many unhealthy things. They drink coke or soda. And in school in Sweden we only eat normal food like pasta and the other day potato and vegetables. We only drink water or milk. We use to eat many lot’s of different things every day but not unhealthy food. 

All kids in the world maybe eat much at their own home when they come back from school. They maybe eat and eat and watch movies, play games, sleep and then they became fatter and fatter. When they get fatter and fatter they will be more hungry than before so they eat again. And it will end up like a fat kid.

It maybe will change about 15 years. It will maybe be worse. But i think it will change and be better. They will realize that many people die because they eat to much and became fatter. So they will maybe think like this: ’’oh no people die because of bad food, so we will quit bad food and open good food’’. Or something like that..

about the movie:

red hat: It was really diskusting and i was feeling like ’‘omg, i can’t eat this thing anymore’’. And how the heck did they do chicken nuggets? i was feeling really ill.

yellow hat: The great thing was also that they did the movie to show other people ’’what can happen to you if you eat to much’’. It was like a warning that people who don’t think about what they eat. 

black hat: In the movie the doctors said that he would die if he keeps eating ’‘junk food’’. But he continued to eat, and i was like ’‘what?!? how can he eat if the doctor said that he will die if he keeps eating that thing’’. 

green hat: In the future it will maybe slow down with this eating and come up with good food. I think so because in the end they will se how bad it really was. But it can also be worse or be like it is now, cause the mcdondals only think about their money so they will maybe keep this up.

In page 23, the first page of chapter 5 ’‘Glo’’. If you go to that page they show that Mel actually are wearing makeup. The page says ’‘By the time I’m out of the shower and putting on my makeup, slowly and carfully, enjoying the way my face is transformed, I feel really good’’. 

Some teenagers put on some makeup every day. Maybe not every day but when it is school or when they are going out with friends. When the school is closed i feel like my life is so much easier, because i don’t need to have on makeup. And when the school start it feels like ’’NO, I am to lazy or i don’t wanna wear makeup, but what are my friends and the whole school gonna think about me? that I am ugly?’’. I understand that people really like to wear makeup. I also understand why, it is because they want to look great. But every teenager are beautiful how they look. It dosen’t matter if they have makeup or not. Some Teenagers start to put on makeup because of bullies. But it dosen’t have to be just that reason it can be some many other reasons for that. Maybe the bullies trade you like a geek. But i have a kind of feeling that the bullies thinks that they are ugly to, that’s why they maybe started with makeup.
